William Thompson, 94, of Fayetteville, WV passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at his home.
Born August 31, 1926 in Minden, WV he was the son of the late James Edmond and Hattie Treadway Thompson.
Mr. Thompson Retired from Big Oak Wholesale formerly Altman's Feed Store, and was a proud United States Army Veteran.
He was preceded in death by brother, Arthur Thompson; and sisters, Ruth Rilat, Frances Brozik, and Dorothy Griepke.
Those left to cherish his memory include his brothers, Danny Thompson, Robert Thompson, and Franklin Thompson; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be on Wednesday June 23, 2021 at 2:30 P.M. at High Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Oak Hill with Pastor Greg Swisher officiating. Entombment will follow.
