Born February 15, 1963 at Delaware County, PA he was the son of William James and Carole Dianne Donaghue Holt of Wilmington, DE
William was a free spirit, a talented musician, a wonderful poet and songwriter.
In addition to his parents, Bill's loving family includes his Ex wife, Anne Searl, daughter, Emily, stepdaughters, Allison and Olivia, sister, Melissa and grandmother, Violet.
Mr. Holt was cremated.
