William Keith Elmore

William Keith Elmore, 79, of Ozark, AL, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at his home in Ozark, AL from a terminal illness. 

William "Bill" Elmore was an U.S. Army veteran and served in the Vietnam War. 

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Ginger Estate, Jack Humphrey, Bobby Humphrey, and Brenda Humphrey of West Virginia. 

Those left to cherish his memory includes his wife, Janie Elmore, Ozark, AL; three daughters, Carol Schweitzer of Tampa, FL, Misty Gregory and Melinda Gregory of Ozark, AL; two sons, William Elmore, Jr. of West Virginia and Mike Tanner of Kansas; eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Kenny Humphrey, Raymond Elmore, and Larry Humphrey, Charles Elmore, Mary Cote, and Cindy Whitlow of West Virginia, John Humphrey of Tennessee, and Tommy Humphrey of Alabama. 

A memorial graveside service will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill, WV with Rev. Jim Elmore officiating.
