Victoria Lynn "Vicki" Bailey

Victoria Lynn (Lindsay) Bailey, 67, of Mullens, WV, passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025 with her loving family by her side.

Born April 10, 1958, in Pineville, WV, she was the daughter of the late James and Loretta Tilley.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Darrell Bailey; mother, Loretta “Dixie” June (Mullens) Tilley; and father, James Franklin Tilley.

Vicki was a lifelong resident of Wyoming County, WV. She worked at Feller Insurance Agency in Mullens, followed by the Circuit Clerk office at the Wyoming County Courthouse until she retired in 2023. She loved spending time with her daughters and grandkids as well as her many other family members and close friends. She was a devoted wife of 32 years to Darrell. 

Those left to cherish her memory include her two daughters, Candace Cook of Reedsville, WI and Sheena Hager & husband, Happy Hager of Beckley, WV; five grandchildren, Maddox and Zaiden Bailey of Beckley, WV and Legend, Priscilla, and Stetson Harper of Reedsville, WI; one sister, Tracy Dotson of Mullens, WV; and one brother, Allen Lindsay and his wife Nancy Lindsay of Fairdale, WV.

In keeping with Vicki's wishes, she will be interred at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Princeton and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations of sympathy be made to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, D.C. 20090-6011.
