Timothy Ryan Young

Timothy Ryan Young, 66, of Scarbro, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at his residence with his loving family by his side.

Born April 15, 1957, Montgomery, WV, he was the son of the Donnie Clara (Deboard) Young and the late Jack Leonard Young.

Timothy was a Heavy Equipment Operator and in his leisure he enjoyed riding his four wheeler, hunting, fishing, and most of all loved spending time with his grand babies.

As we pause to remember Timothy we shall always we remember how ornery he was and he will be missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Kirby and Mike Young; and brother-in-law, Ronald Holley.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Teresa Young; his loving daughters, Tonya Hurley (Aaron), Tammy Adkins, Tracie Young, and Deborah Stover (Danny) who was raised like a daughter; grandchildren, Elgie Adkins, II, Dessie Clara Hurley (Ricky), Damon Young, Ryan Timothy Adkins, Devin Bannister, Dylan Bannister, Chloe Woodrum, Chase Clark, Caitlynn Clark, Jocelynn Stover, and Abigayle Stover; one sister, Angela Greer (Bob), and one brother, Ronald Young.

Services will be 1:00 P.M., Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel, Oak Hill with Pastor Tom Lilly officiating. Burial will follow at The Young Homestead, Scarbro.

Friends may call from 12 Noon until 1:00 P.M., Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill.

Family will serve as pallbearers.
