Susie Jane (Foley) Mills, 74, of Stephenson passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at the Bowers Hospice House in Beckley with her loving family by her side.

Born June 28, 1951 in Odd, WV she was the daughter of the late Jess Willard Foley and Effie McKinney Walls.

Susie retired from Wyoming County Board of Education with 15 years of service. She started her working career as a cook at Herndon High School and retired as a cook from Mullens Middle School. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her loving husband Ronald Paul Mills; and daughter, Tonya Ann Mills.

Those left to cherish her wonderful memory include her 2 loving daughters, Amanda Mills and companion Kevin Reed and Kimberly Graham and husband Marty 2 grandchildren, Ryan and Megan Graham; 4 great grandchildren, Rylan, Jaxson, Ellie, and Ryker; 2 sisters, Emma Campbell (Jack) of Bud and Kathy White (John) Beckley; and brother, Etsil Foley (Beverly) of Coal City.

Graveside service with burial to follow will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 1, 2026 at the John H. McKinney Cemetery in Basin with Pastor Richard McKinney officiating.

Those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the cemetery.
