Steve Wayne Lightsey,40, of Oak Hill died Thursday, July 22, 2004 at his home. He was born August 27, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois, son of Gladys June Scarbro Lightsey and the late James Lightsey. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Violet Pearl Wriston Scarbro. Survivors inclue his mother, Gladys June Scarbro Lightsey of Oak Hill and his maternal grandfather, R. L. Scarbro of Oak Hill. Graveside Rites will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 27 at High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill with Rev. Bill Menefee officiating.
