Shelton Douglas Baxley , 83, of Fayetteville, WV passed away peacefully on Monday, October 01, 2018 at Select Specialty St. Francis Hospital in Charleston, WV.
Born June 29, 1935 at Robertson County, NC he was the son of the late Gaston and Lillie Woodell Baxley.
Shelton was a proud former US Marine and a retired drywaller. He loved to travel and was an avid NASCAR fan.
Three sisters and five brothers preceded him in death.
Surviving are his beloved grandson, Coleton Allen Baxley; sister, Kathy Rogers along with her children and grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Kelley; close friend, Amanda McMillion; and neighbors, Gloria, Tessa, Amy and Pam.
Services were private.
