Shelby Jean Kincaid Harler , 78, of Kincaid, WV died on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at her home.
Born July 16, 1938 at Page, WV she was the daughter of the late Ralph Clayborne and Ellen Dana Payne Kincaid.
Mrs. Harler was a retired school cook. She was of the Methodist faith.
A daughter, Kimberly Kay Harler, preceded her in death. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Shelby leaves behind a loving family which includes her husband, Charles Larry Harler; three daughters, Debra (Eddie) Robertson, Catherine (Orba) Williams and Denise (James) Greene; eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
There will be no services.
