Shelby Jean Grubb

Shelby Jean Workman Grubb, 66, of Oak Hill passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at CAMC Memorial Hospital in Charleston, WV.

Born June 25, 1957 in Mullens, WV to the late Marlon Gene and Frankie Burwick Workman.

Shelby was a homemaker and in her leisure she enjoyed watching her soap operas and spending time with her family. 

Along with her parents she is also preceded in death by husband, James Grubb; and brother Marvin Workman.

Those left to cherish her wonderful memory include her 4 sisters, Kath Jenkins, Betty Workman, Doris Workman, and Barbara Powers; and brother, Frank Workman.

Funeral service will be 1:00 PM on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at Tyree Funeral Home in Mount Hope with Pastor Bobby Pauley officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens in Oak Hill.

Visitation for friends will be one hour prior to service at the funeral home in Mount Hope.
