Sandra Rae Hall

Sandra Rae Hall, 77, of Scarbro, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Wyoming Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, New Richmond.
Born September 25, 1946, at Oak Hill, she was the daughter of the late, Herman Ray and Georgia Vida (Bragg) Wriston.
Sandra was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Forest Wayne Hall, Sr.; son, Forest Wayne Hall, Jr.; and two brothers, Charles Herbert Wriston and Alfred Wriston.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Sherry Armstrong; grandchildren, Danny Joe Armstrong, David Wayne Armstrong, Jr., and Zachary Wade Armstrong; one great granddaughter, Taylor Marie Rae Armstrong; one sister, Mona Gayle Theim; and one nephew, Joseph Reason Wriston.
In keeping with her wishes, she will be cremated.
