Born December 27, 1948 in Plum Orchard, WV she was the daughter of the late Frank and Rena Opal Wriston Yoney.
Rosetta was a homemaker and loved her family.
She was preceded in death by brother, Toney Lee Yoney; and sisters, Brenda Elswick, Charlotte Kat Yoney, and Mary Opal Shrewsberry..
Those left to cherish her memory include brother, Bobby Yoney; sister, Peggy Pauley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
