Ronald Keith Moody

Ronald Keith Moody, 62, of Scarbro passed away on Friday, April 10, 2026 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley.

Born May 11, 1963 in North Carolina he was the son of the late Junior Moody and Mildred Hash.

Ronald retired from a delivery truck driver and his greatest joy in life was spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by 2 daughters, Samantha Cox and Ashley Cox; and brother, Eugene Johnson.

Those left to cherish his wonderful memory include his loving wife, Frances Bryson Moody; 3 children, Angel Moody (David Adkins), Anthony Cox, and Bobby Foster; grandchild, Noah Foster; sisters, Kathy Kash, Crystal Johnson, and Sherry Hamm; brothers, Michael Johnson, Bobby Moody, and Steve Moody; and father-in-law Sidney Pack

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Pastor Wayne Bryson officiating. Burial will follow at the Phillips Cemetery off of Maple Fork Road in Maple Fork.

Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to service at the funeral home in Oak Hill.
