Robert Lee Duncan, 58, of Minden, WV died Friday, July 21, 2006 at his home. Born January 30, 1948 at Minden, WV he was the son of the late David C. Duncan, Sr. and Hannah Ruth Deck Duncan. Survivors include his sisters and brothers, Joann McCoy of Charleston, Charles E. Duncan of Minden, Danny E. Duncan of Harrisonburg, VA, Janice Krosky of Charleston, Gail Holbrook of Columbus, OH, David C. Duncan, Jr. of Minden, Harold W. Duncan of Oak Hill and Raymond A. Duncan of Oak Hill. Memorial Service will be Sunday, July 23, 2006, at 2:30 PM at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel, Oak Hill, WV with Rev. Daniel Rice officiating. Friends may call from 1:30 PM until 2:30 PM at the funeral home.
