Richard Neil Miller, age 66, passed away peacefully on July 13th, 2021.
Born August 25th, 1955, in Oak Hill, WV he was the son of the late Carl and Virginia Phillips Miller.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by siblings Gerald Cooper and Shelia Pannell.
Richard is survived by siblings - Rita Bennett, Carl Miller, Damon Cooper (Carol), and Sharon Tincher.
A visitation will be held on Monday July 19th, 2021 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM with services starting at 1:00PM. A committal service will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday July 20th, 2021, at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Pastor Shirlie Watson will be officiating the services.
