Richard "Fizz" Wayne Cline, Jr.

Richard "Fizz" Wayne Cline, Jr., 61 of Oak Hill passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at CAMC Memorial Hospital in Charleston.

Born September 30, 1964 in Lochgelly, WV he was the son of Pamela Blake Rigsby and the late Richard Wayne Cline, Sr.

Ricky, known by many as "Fizz" was a diesel mechanic until his illness prevented him from working the last few years. He loved to go to the hunting camp at deer season with several of his cousins.

He is preceded in death by his father, Richard Wayne Cline ,Sr.; and step sister, Kimberly Cline.

Those left to cherish his wonderful memory include his companion of many years, Joetta Armstrong; mother, Pamela Rigsby; brother, Jeffrey Cline and wife Angie; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.

At his request, Richard will be cremated and there will be no service.
