Rebecca Ann Williams

Rebecca Ann Williams, 69, of Oak Hill passed away on Monday, January 12, 2026 at CAMC Plateau Medical Center with her loving husband by her side.

Born August 27, 1956 in Cheyenne, Wyoming she was the daughter of the late Grady and Mary Williams.

Rebecca worked as a investigator for Child Protective Services (CPS) in North Carolina, in her leisure she loved spending time with her animals as had at one time a  peacock, goats, horses, and 11 dogs and she loved them all. She never met a stranger as she was loved by so many. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family as she was proud wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Those left to cherish her wonderful memory include her loving husband, Thomas Tennant, 3 sons, Ryan Tennant, Kyle Tennant, and Brenton Tennant; 3 grandchildren, Destiny Buchanan, Nevaeh Shamblin, and Allison "Allie" Tennant; great grandchildren, Thyri Kai Buchanan and one on the way; and a brother, Jeff Williams.

In keeping with Rebecca's wishes she will be cremated and no services at this time.
