Patricia Ann (Bailey) Foster, age 83, passed away suddenly Sunday, September 20, 2026, at her home. 

Born September 6, 1943 in Pax, she was the daughter of Jack and Jo Bailey formerly of Pax. Preceding her were her parents, husband Tom, and brothers Jack E. and Kenneth Bailey, both of North Ridgeville, Ohio. 

She married the love of her life June 15, 1962 until his death on March 12,1993. She retired as Head Dietitian of Blue Ridge Nursing Center, Stuart, Virginia.

She is survived by her son Tommy (Tami) Foster of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, daughter Tonya (Harry) McBride of Spring Grove, Pennsylvania, 6 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. 

In keeping with her wishes she will be cremated and taken back to Elamsville, Stuart, Virginia. There will be no services.
