Pamela "Pam" Sue (Ellis) Kelly, 63, of Oak Hill passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at CAMC Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill.

Born September 27, 1962 in Mullens, WV she was the daughter of the late Jimmy Smith Ellis and Betty Jo (McCoy) Ellis.

Pamela was a proud graduate from Oak hill High School and in her leisure she enjoyed watching tv, and loved spending time with her cat and family.

Along with her parents she is also preceded in death by her loving husband, Ray Oscar Kelly, Jr.

Those left to cherish her wonderful memory include her loving son, Adam Kelly and girlfriend Lillian Boruff; daughter Amanda Kelly; and 3 sisters, Kathy Perry, Debbie Christian, Vickie Williams.

Funeral service will be held at 12 Noon on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel 999 Jones Avenue Oak Hill WV, 25901 with Pastor Jackie Haron and Pastor Ayers officiating. Burial will follow at Bibb Cemetery in Fayetteville, WV.

Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to service at the funeral home in Oak Hill.
