Nancy Patricia (Taraczkozy) Sanger, 92, of Oak Hill passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at her residence.

Born September 21, 1933 in Glen Rogers, WV she was the daughter of the late Baylor Taraczkozy and Margaret Sleboda Taraczkozy.

Nancy was a proud 1950 graduate from Glen Rogers High School and after graduating High School she attended West Virginia Business College in Bluefiled, WV. She retired from working as a Medical Records Adminstrator, working in hospitals in Beckley and Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill. She was a member of St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church in Beckley and St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Oak Hill, past President of Spade and Trowel in Oak Hill, and was  past President of Ladies Guild at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Oak Hill.

Along with her parents she is also preceded in death by her loving husband of 66 years Robert L. Sanger; and siblings, Nicholas John Taraczkozy, James Lee Taraczkozy, and Helen Taraczkozy.

Those left to cherish her wonderful memory include her sister, Elizabeth Kyle; living extended family, friends, caregivers, and church family.

Family visitation will be held from 9:30 AM until 10:00 AM at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church.

Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to service at the church in Beckley.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, July 10, 2026 at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church 614 S. Oakwood Avenue Beckley WV, 25801 with Father Leonard Smith officiating. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
