Muriel Jeanette Pinkerton

Loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother. Born July 5,1936 in Mahan, WV peacefully passed at her daughter’s home on January 16, 2026 at the age of 89 with family by her side. Muriel's life was filled with love, dedication and cherished memories.

She is predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Cletis Pinkerton.

She is survived by loving family members including her daughter, Taunya Bowen and son-in-law Mike Bowen and son, Tim Pinkerton and wife, Tula Pinkerton along with 4 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Also, a brother, Darrell Preece and wife, Francis and sister-in-law Joyce Preece.

Muriel's warmth, kindness and enduring spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for the wisdom and love she shared throughout the generations.
