Michael Shawn Underwood, age 45, of Mount Hope, WV passed away on Friday, June 26, 2020.
Born March 15, 1975, in Beckley, WV, the son of Randall K. and June M. Morgan Underwood of Oak Hill, WV.
Michael was a graduate of Mount Hope High School and WVU where he earned a degree in Geology. He served his country in the US Army and attended the Packs Branch Baptist Church.
include In addition to his parents, Micheal's memory will be forever cherished by his children, Siera Underwood and Isaac Underwood and his former spouse, Kessie Underwood all of Hilltop; his brother Randy Underwood and his wife, Karen of Oak Hill; nieces and nephews, Cameron Underwood, Natalie Underwood, Maxwell Underwood, Makala Hizer and Ian Hizer; and special mother-in-law, Connie Hizer. Also surviving are very special friends, Vickie, Larry and Hollie Darnell as well as several other special family members and friends.
In honoring Michael’s wishes he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
