Michael David Murray , 20 , of Oak Hill, WV died on Thursday, June 17, 2010 at his home. Born August 9, 1989 at Statesville, NC he was the son of Timothy Talmadge and Kathy Vanessa Murphy Murray of Oak Hill, WV. Michael was a 2008 graduate of Oak Hill High School. He was a carpenter for Tim Murray Contractor, Inc. His maternal grandmother, Wilma Frances Murphy preceded him in death. In addition to his parents he is survived by a brother, Timothy Murray, II of State College, PA; sister, Vanessa Ann Sumpter of Oak Hill; maternal grandfather, David Murphy of Fayetteville; paternal grandparents, Talmadge Olaf and Judith N. Murray of Fairlea; niece, Alexis Nicole Sumpter and a nephew, Zachary Tyler Sumpter. Services will be on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill. Burial will be at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Oak Hill. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
