Mary Jane (Boardwine) Wood Williams

Mary Jane (Boardwine) Wood Williams, 77, of Robson passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston, WV.

Born December 23, 1947 in Carlisle, WV she was the daughter of the late Aldie Carl and Darcus (Toney) Boardwine.

Mary  attended Fayetteville High School, she worked with her first husband at Wood's Quick Mart and also worked at the Postmaster at Page. She was very strong in her Christian Faith in serving the Lord. In her leisure she enjoyed sewing, cooking, shopping, and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Along with her parents she is also preceded in death by her first husband, David Wood; and second husband, Robert Williams.

Those left to cherish her wonderful memory include her loving daughters, Christina Casciani, Amanda Leidner (Neal), and Amy Kirk (Ed); bonus children, Beverly Johnston (Wayne), Robbie Williams (Missy), Brian Williams (Kim), and Brad Williams; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and brothers, Carl Boardwine (Irma), Samuel "Hambone" Boardwine (Barbara), and Dr. Walter Boardwine.

Funeral service will be 1:00 PM on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Hill with Pastor Dana Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Huse Memorial Park in Fayetteville.

Visitation for friends will be one hour prior to service at the funeral home in Oak Hill on Saturday, July 19, 2025.

Pallbearers will be Ed Kirk, Neal Leidner, Sam Casciani, Zach Weaver, Lucas Kirk, and Matthew Kirk.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations of sympathy be made to the Hubbard Hospice House 1001 Curtis Place Way Charleston WV, 25311.
