Lillian Gayle Logan

Lillian Gayle Logan, 72, of Beckley, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 in a Beckley hospital. 
Born June 29, 1951 at Mt. Hope, she was the daughter of the late Rockford and Launa (Maynor) Logan. 
Lillian was a member of the Mt. Hope Baptist Temple and a graduate of Mt. Hope High School and Marshall University. In her leisure she enjoyed knitting, working crossword puzzles, and especially enjoyed family gatherings. 
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by three sisters, Nancy Tatum, Janet Kincaid, and Debra Vipperman; and nieces and nephews, Kami Ann Logan, Bert Wayne Tatum, and John David Smith. 
Those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Beverly Jacobs (Ronald) of Dover, Delaware; three brothers, Sam Logan (Patty) Mt. Hope, Danny Logan (Anna) of Mt. Hope, and Glenn Logan of Beckley; numerous nieces and nephews; and special nephews who were like brothers, Rocky Gilkerson of Trinity, NC and Jason Logan of Beckley; and Dr. Dana Gatewood who was also like a brother.  
Services will be 1:00 P.M., Saturday, June 8, 2024 at the Mt. Hope Baptist Temple with Dr. Dana Gatewood and Pastor Delmas Wolfe officiating. 
Friends may call one hour prior to services Saturday at the church. 
In keeping with Lillian's wishes, she will be cremated following the service.
