Lillian Eans Jones

Lillian J. Eans Jones, 79, of Oak Hill, WV died on Friday, November 30, 2007 at CAMC - Memorial Division in Charleston, WV. Born December 11, 1927 at Mount Hope, WV she was the daughter of the late Virgil Houstin and Goldie Mae Kughn Eans. Mrs. Jones was a member of the Summerlee Freewill Baptist Church for forty years. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Drewie M. Jones on Oct 30, 2002 and one sister, Patsy Guthrie. Survivors include four sons, Roger Jones and wife, Phyllis of Elyria, OH, Dale Jones and wife, Virginia of Lochgelly, Charlie Jones and wife, Becky of Oak Hill and John Jones of Oak Hill; one daughter, Barbara Smith and husband, Robert of Elyria, OH and two sisters, Betty Holliday and husband, Guy of Mount Hope and Peggy McKinney Bays and husband, Ray of Summerlee. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Services will be on Monday, December 3, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Paul Allen officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home on Sunday, December 2, 2007, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
