Leanna Marie Ingram-Meredith, 56, of Oak Hill, West Virginia, passed away on November 11, 2025, at home surrounded by love. Born and raised in Oak Hill, Leanna graduated from Oak Hill High School in 1987 and spent her entire life in the community she cherished.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Grandaddy Fred “Red” and Nonna Ebe Waugh; uncle Roger Long; paternal grandparents Latelle and Katherine Ingram; special friend Shawn Lesher; and beloved pets Tucker, Bella, and T-Rex.
Leanna dedicated over 20 years to Suddenlink Communications as an administrative professional and most recently served as an Administrative Clinical Coordinator for United Healthcare. Her work ethic and kindness touched many lives.
She is survived by her loving mother Marie Cosette Ingram; her pride and joy, son Thomas Ingram; sister Holly Robbins and husband Joe; her cherished uncle Fred Waugh Jr. and wife Vickie; aunts Patricia Long and Lisa Rhinehart; cousins Karri Holleman, Zach Holleman, Katelin Netherton, Brandi Thomas, and Alisha Colaiseno; and her circle of best friends Leslie Billups, Mandy Lockard, Lori Bickford, Debbie Cullop, Nina Bickford, and Christy Phares. She also leaves behind her beloved pets Blu, Daisy, and Izzy.
Leanna had a beautiful smile, a kind heart, and a wonderful sense of humor inherited from her father. She loved baking, crafting, beach trips, front porch sitting, and driving her uncle Fred’s Jeep. Her greatest joy was spending time with family and friends, especially her son Thomas, her proudest accomplishment.
Leanna’s childhood was filled with adventures around town with her Grandaddy, creating memories that shaped her warm and vibrant spirit. She will be remembered for her laughter, generosity, and unwavering love for those closest to her.
In keeping with her wishes she will be cremated and a celebration of Leanna’s life will be held at a later date.
