Larry Wilson Tincher

Larry Wilson Tincher, 83, of Fayetteville, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 in a Beckley hospital. 

Born December 30, 1942, at Beards Fork, he was the son of the late Luther and Mildred (Adkins) Tincher. 

Larry was a 1960 graduate of Oak Hill High School and was a former employee for DuPont retiring after 23 years of service. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and in his leisure he enjoyed fishing and gambling. 

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his aunt, Ruby Garrett. 

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Patricia Tincher; nephew, Chuck Adkins; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends, Andrea Fischer from Mountaineer Mart, Tina White from Patty's, and John Brock. 

In keeping with Larry's wishes, he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
