Larry Allen Rinehart

Larry Allen Rinehart, 78, of Mount Hope, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at Bowers Hospice House, Beckley. 

Born July 20, 1947, at Kincaid, he was the son of the late Chester and Mable (Nine) Rinehart. 

Larry was a 1966 graduate of Collins High School and a graduate from WV Tech with an Associate's Degree. He as a former Electrical Inspector for MSHA. He was a member of the Kincaid United Methodist Church, was a U.S. Army Veteran, and was Post Commander for Fayetteville Post 149 American Legion. Larry was the last surviving member of his immediate family. 

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his first wife, Carol Sue Rinehart; two sisters, Carol Rinehart Foster and Allison Rinehart Mills; and one brother, Clifford Rinehart.  

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Colleen Rinehart; his children, Aaron Rinehart, Rebecca Moyer (John), and Jeffrey Rinehart; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild. 

Services will be 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Pastor Stephen Brewster officiating. Burial will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill. 

Friends may call one hour prior to services Tuesday at the funeral home. 

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
