Joseph Alvin Hammonds, 79, of Bradley, WV passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2020, at Appalachian Regional Hospital in Beckley, WV
Born April 15, 1941 in Charleston, WV he was the son of the late Zeland and Biddy Hamilton Hammonds.
Joseph worked and was retired from the coal mines.
He is preceded in death by brothers and sisters.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving children, John Hammonds, Jo Ann Shepherd (Jack), and Charles Hammonds (Karen); grandchildren, Preston Hammonds, Shane Shepherd, and Nicholas Shepherd; a sister, Panjella; and brother, Olen Hammonds.
In keeping with Joseph's wishes he will be cremated. There will be no visitation or service.
