Jo Ann Lizut Tennant, 87, of Jeromesville, OH passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Otterbein Nursing Home in Gahanna, OH.
Born October 28, 1932 in Summerlee, WV she was the daughter of John and Lula (Riffe) Lizut.
Jo Ann worked at the IGA Grocery Store in Columbus, OH for many years. After moving to Jeromesville, OH, she was the “Avon Lady”. She dearly loved her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Otto Tennant, Sr.
Those left to cherish her memory include sisters , Carol Shugg and Mary Lou (Kermit “Buck”) McDaniel; sons, Otto, Jr. (Pam) Tennant, and John Tennant; grandchildren, Jill, Todd, Scott and Sean and great grandchild Maggie.
Visitation will be at 12:00 noon on Saturday, February 8, 2020, with the service beginning at 1:00 pm Tyree funeral Home, Oak Hill.
Burial will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill, WV.
