Jeffrey Bryan Braenovich

Jeffrey Bryan Braenovich, 56, originally from Oak Hill, passed away unexpectedly at his residence in Pinch on February 6, 2026.

Jeff was the youngest of four boys, born to Dorothy and Drogan Braenovich, both of whom preceded him in death.

He graduated from Oak Hill High School in 1987 and from WVU Tech in 1991. Jeff worked for Catenary Coal and later as a pharmaceutical representative.

Jeff loved to talk to everyone about everything, especially his beloved daughter, and he liked to laugh at his own jokes. He had many friends and lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed golf, racquetball, working out, going out, keeping his cars clean, 70s rock, beach trips, Tom’s Hot Dogs, and WVU sports.

He is survived by his daughter, Mallory Jo Braenovich, who was the center of his world, and her brother, Maddox Phipps, whom Jeff loved dearly. He is also survived by his brothers, Lee, Don, and Jon

Braenovich, and his nieces and nephews, Kelly, Patrick, Ty, and Ali Braenovich, and Kyra, Jacob, Isaac, Hunter, and Mason Vaughan.

At his daughter’s request, arrangements will be private, with plans for Jeff to be laid to rest alongside his parents.
