Irma “Midge” Parrish 84, of Scarbro passed away peacefully on Friday, December 9 , 2022 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley.
Born June 7, 1938 in Mt. Hope, WV she was the daughter of the late, Delbert and Mabel Treadway McGraw.
Irma retired from her own accounting business Atlas Belt Service in Mount Hope, and her greatest joy in life was being able to spend time with the ones she loved.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Neal Carson Parrish; and sisters, Ileda Callahan and Betty Munsey.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Joe Parrish; daughter, Pamela Dolinger (Willis), 6 grandchildren, Joe Parrish, Jr., Hunter Parrish, Jaxon Parrish, Josh Carte, Tyler Carte, and Brittany Moore; 3 great grandchildren, Braylee Moore, Brady Moore, and Natalie Parrish; and sister, Alice Garrett.
Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Pastor Kelly Bowman officiating. Burial will follow at Peters Cemetery in Dothan.
Visitation for friends will be held on Monday, December 12, 2022 at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill from 6:00 P.M. Until 8:00 P.M.
