Ida Delung

Ida Lafferty DeLung, 83, of Mossy, WV died on Saturday, October 04, 2003 at at home following a long illness. Born November 12, 1919 at Scarbro, WV she was the daughter of the late William Garfield and Amanda Wriston Lafferty. Mrs. DeLung was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Marvin DeLung; a daughter, Ada Lou Davis and brothers, Larkin and John Lafferty. Survivors include Sons: James DeLung and wife, Patricia, of Laurel MD Frank DeLung and wife, Sharon, of Oak Hill Larkin DeLung of Mossy Daughter: Gayle Kees and husband, Hobart of McHenry, Mississippi Sister: Louise Treadway of Beckley numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Tuesday, October 7, 2003, from 6:00 - 9:00 pm Services will be on Wednesday, October 8, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Harmon Davis officiating. Entombment will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley WV
