Howard Pettry, 82, of Glen Daniel passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley.
Born March 22, 1942 in Peachtree, WV he was the son of the late Dewey and Daisy Mae Hendrix Pettry.
Howard worked in timber and in his leisure he enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann Bozo Pettry; daughter, Ann Pettry; sister, Stollie Bufferine; and brother, James Oakey Pettry.
Those left to cherish his wonderful memory include his loving daughter, Felicia Stacy (Durand); companion of 14 years, Margaret Fleming; and sister, Julia Gunnoe.
In keeping with his wishes Howard will be cremated and burial will follow at a later date.
