Glenna Pearl Atha Nichols, 83, of Oak Hill passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley.

Born April 18, 1942 in Deepwater, WV she was the daughter of the late Arnet and Altha Stump Atha.

Glenna was homemaker and was a member of the Church of God in Page, WV. In her leisure she enjoyed cooking, shopping for others, and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Along with her parents she is also preceded in death by her loving husband, Sam Nichols; and numerous brothers and sisters.

Those left to cherish her wonderful memory include her loving children, Betty Wolfe (Gary), Denise Farris, Jennifer Turner, and Jason Nichols (Donna); 9 grandchildren, Jessica Wingrove, Jacob Wolfe, Dexter Turner, Lainey Turner, Avery Turner, Hannah Farris, Samara Farris, Sam Nichols, and Joe Nichols; 7 great grandchildren; and brother, George Atha.

Graveside service with burial to follow will be 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 6,, 2025 at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens in Oak Hill with Pastor Leonard Nichols officiating.
