George “Billy” W. Smith, 72, of Oak Hill, WV was born on December 24, 1942 and passed away peacefully on Saturday November 7, 2015. He was surrounded by love and family when he passed.
Billy was a hardworking man loved and respected by many.
Billy is survived by 4 children, Donna Kountz of Ohio, Kevin Smith of Ohio, Edward Smith formerly of Oak Hill and Jennifer Addis of Illinois.
He is also survived by Sheri Scarborough and Lisa Burgess of Oak Hill, David Burgess of North Carolina, and Carol Collins of California, and many grandchildren.
The family will plan a celebration of his life at a later date.
