Ellen Ann "Cookie" Harvey Kincaid , 75, of Oak Hill, WV passed way in her home on Monday, October 30,2017.
Born October 10, 1942 in Baltimore Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Dorsey and Margie Bradley Harvey.
Ellen was also preceded in death by her 1st husband Lonnie; 2nd husband Jack; son Stephen; daughters Londa and Kimberly; and brother Houston.
She is survived by her son David; daughter Tammy; daughter-in-law Sherie; son-in-law Dennie; two sisters; 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
She was a long time member of the Oak Hill Gospel Tabernacle. Ellen was a retired financial management analyst for the Department of Treasury – IRS. She enjoyed the Florida sunshine for several years after retiring, finally settling back in Oak Hill to be close to family and friends.
She was strong. She was caring. She had a smile and a helping hand for everyone she met; and a captivating laugh that all who heard will never forget.
At Ellen’s request there will be no immediate services. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
