Elizabeth Ann Plumley

Elizabeth Ann Plumley, 56, of Beckley, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 in a Beckley hospital. 

Born July 6, 1970, at Wiesbaden, Germany, she was the daughter of the late James Estil and Ruby Ann (Harrison) Scarbrough. 

Elizabeth was a resident of the Wildwood House in Beckley where she enjoyed doing crafts, playing bingo, and attending church. Prior to her employment as a waitress, she was a stay at home mother with her two boys, Ryan and Cory. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved to bake. 

She is preceded in death by her parents. 

Those left to cherish her memory include her two sons, Ryan Morgan and his wife, Katelyn and Cory Plumley; four grandsons, Oden, Dean, and Koah Morgan, and Miles Plumley; two sisters, Wanda Hough and Lisa Griffith; three brothers, Wayne Harrison, Stuart Harrison and his wife, Jennifer, and James Scarbrough, Jr. and his wife, Cara; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

In keeping with her wishes, she will be cremated and the family will be having a private memorial service. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests, donations be made to help defray unexpected expenses to Tyree Funeral Home, 999 Jones Avenue, Oak Hill, WV 25901.
