David Wayne Armstrong , 52, of Scarbro, WV died on Tuesday, August 25, 2015.
Born September 21, 1962 at Oak Hill, WV he was the son Audrey Lea Holley Armstrong and the late Hilton Beacher Armstrong.
He was a coal miner.
A brother, Billy Jay Armstrong preceded him in death.
In addition to his mother, David is survived by his wife, Sherry Ann Hall Armstrong; three sons, David Wayne Armstrong, Jr. of Kingston, Danny Joe Armstrong of Mossy and Zachary Wade Armstrong of Kingston; one brother, Herman Ray Armstrong of Kingston; sisters, Pat Treadway of Kingston, Sue Boone of Craigsville, Neva Settle of Piney View, Lynn Simon of Zanesville, OH and Brenda Sumpter of Scarbro; and granddaughter, Taylor Marie Rae Armstrong of Mossy.
Services will be on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at 5:30 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Robby Shorter officiating. Friends may call from 5:00 P.M. Until service time on Sunday at the funeral home.
