Cynthia Lynne Walbrown

Cynthia Lynne Shirley Walbrown, 63, of Oak Hill passed away Friday, March 22, 2019 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley.
Born July 4, 1955 in Streator, IL she was the daughter of Ron and Sandy Mayerchin Shirley.
Cynthia worked for 35 years at Collins Middle School teaching special education.
She is preceded in death by a brother, Steve Craig Shirley.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, Michael Walbrown; daughter, Jennifer Lynne Walbrown; son, Matthew Kenna (Molly) Walbrown; two grandchildren, Landon Frank Walbrown and Abigail Leigh Walbrown; brother, Scott Shirley; and two sisters, Beth Preslar and Susan Speaks.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM Monday, March 25, 2019 at the St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Oak Hill with Father Dass officiating. Burial will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park.
Visitation for friends will be Sunday, March 24, 2019 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations of sympathy in Cynthia's name be made to the Fayette County Humane Society 513 Shelter Road Fayetteville WV, 25840.
