Carmet Jackson Foster

Carmet Jackson Foster was born August 19, 1941 and passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2025 following and long illness.

Carmet leaves behind his loving wife, Evelyn Foster; 5 children; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.

Carmet was a active member of Daystar Worship Center, for the last 20 years.

He was a member of AFLCIO of 50 years. Carmet loved going to the camp with family hunting, playing cards, and telling stories. No one wanted to miss his stories!

Carmet name sake and family tradition will forever live on by his grandson Jackson Lee Foster.

We are not saying goodbye to Carmet it is just until we see you again.

Funeral service will be 12:00 Noon on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at the Daystar Worship Center in Kilsyth with Pastor Larry Humphrey officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Beckley.

Visitation for friends and family will be from 10:00 AM until service time at Noon on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at the Daystar Worship Center.

Pallbearers will be Jackson Lee Foster, his name sake/grandson; Christopher Miller, son-in-law; Jamison Gloege, grandson; Kermit Foster, Son; Justin Foster, Grandson; Jacob Ashcraft, adopted grandson.
