Billie Foster, 63, of Page, WV died on Friday, September 16, 2005 at home. He was born December 5, 1941 at Kincaid, WV, a son of the late Ezra and Norma Payne Foster. He loved dogs. He is survived by his wife, Patty Snyder Foster of Page. Graveside Rites will be 11:00 AM Monday, September 19, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Delmas Wolfe officiating. Burial will follow at Payne Cemetery, Johnson Branch, Kincaid, WV.
