Betty Jean Kincaid

Betty Jean Treadway Kincaid, age 88, of Oak Hill, WV, passed away on April 25, 2022. Born February 15, 1934, in Beards Fork, WV, she was the daughter of the late Elijah and Alice Pennington Treadway.
She is preceded in death by husband, Cecil Kellis Kincaid, and son in law Greg Nunn, 4 sisters, 2 brothers, and a host of extended family.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Donna Nunn, grandchildren; Whitney Nunn, Tyler Nunn, and her 2 great-grandsons, Maxwell and Myles who she adored. Her sister Patsy Higginbotham, brother, Daniel Treadway and wife Dreama.
She leaves behind nieces, nephews, cousins, and a large family of her late husband Cecil.
Betty loved everyone and enjoyed having a large family. She will be greatly missed!
Betty loved gospel music, cooking, sitting on the front porch, watching birds and gardening. She loved her flowers and growing vegetables to give away.
She looked forward to the Kincaid and Treadway reunions each summer.
She enjoyed life and all things to do with her family.
Betty was proud to be a mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Keeping with her wishes Betty is to be cremated and buried at Kincaid Cemetery next to her husband.
