Betty Sue Williams Goad, age 73, of Mount Hope, WV, went to be with her Lord on December 23, 2022. Born May 2, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Basil and Lettie Stewart Williams.
Betty worked as a custodian at Woodrow Wilson High School and attended Bradley Church of God.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by husband, Ernest "Bill" Goad, siblings; Ralph Williams, Bobby Williams, Nancy Crowder (Henry), and Linda Crouch(Carlos).
She is survived by daughters; Kimberly Baldwin (late, Edward) and Cathy Williams, grandchildren; James Arthur, Eddie Baldwin, John Arthur, Amber Fain, Lindsey Cole, Zoey Calp, Halie Adkins, and Isaiah Epperson-Baldwin, great grandchildren; Malena Arthur, Maddix Arthur and Kaulder Fain, siblings; Peggy Venable (Lee), Lisa Felice (Adrian) and Margaret Roop (late, Kent) as well as numerous friends and family.
Services will be Monday January 2, 2023, at Tyree Funeral Home Mount Hope, at 1:00 PM with two hours of visitation held prior. Pastor Brian White to officiate. Pallbearers, Jacob White, Benjamin Ballard, Austin McCoy, Ben McCoy, John Morrison, and Johnny Workman. There will be no graveside services. Burial at Arthur Cemetery.
