Mr. Franklin worked for Bigley Foodland in Charleston.

In addition to his parents, his memory will be cherished by daughter, Savanna Franklin; brothers, Blaine (Shai) Franklin, and Jonathon (Missy) Franklin both of Princeton; nieces and nephews, Noah, Elijah, Oakley, Colton, Lilly, and Dakota; aunts and uncles that were like second parents. William was loved so much and in return he loved so much. He was a wonderful son, daddy, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He loved his family, especially his daughter, nephews, and niece. He loved his Bigley Foodland family. He was smart, funny, energetic, and into everything. William was a gift from heaven. While on earth he touched so many people. He is back in heaven now. This earth was not his home. He taught us to live life to the fullest. So as we grieve and weep, we know we will see him again. God promises William is waiting for us.
