Tina Marie Novak Frazier , 48, of Page, WV died on Tuesday, October 09, 2018 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV from injuries received in an ATV accident.
Born March 12, 1970 at Elyria, OH she was the daughter of the late Rodger Paul and Victoria Ann Cusak Novak.
She was a certified nursing assistant working in home health care. Tina was a true believer in Jesus Christ.
Her memory will be cherished by her loving husband of 28 years, Jackie Wayne Frazier; brother, Mike Novak of Lorraine, OH; sister, Kim Barbie and husband, Victor, of Elyria, OH; and nephews, L.V. and Devin. Tina loved her Pit Bull babies.
Services will be on Monday, October 15, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Dr. Emmitt C. Patterson officiating. Burial will be at Robertson Cemetery, Wriston. Friends may call from noon until service time.
