Born March 01, 1939 at Maple Fork, WV she was the daughter of the late Thora E. and Agnes (Treadway) Treadway.
Shelby was a homemaker and loved spending time being surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lotus Davis (October 23, 2006) and a son, Roger Dale Davis.
Survivors include daughter, Doretta Crowe (Calvin); son, Kenneth Davis; daughter-in-law, Erma (Rick Goodman); several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services will be private.
