Sandra Jean Bailes Adkins, 62, of Scarbro, WV passed away Monday, February 27, 2017 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
Born August 14, 1954 in Richwood, WV she was the daughter of the late Howard and Betty Graham Bailes. Sandra was a homemaker and was of the Protestant faith.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving and devoted husband Melvin Adkins; two sons, Matthew Adkins and wife, Needra, and Curtis Adkins and fiance, Lindsay Smith; five grandchildren, Mark Adkins, Curtis Adkins, Jr., Whitney Adkins, Luke Adkins, and Blake Adkins; one sister, Margaret Barr; and several other siblings.
Sandra is to be cremated. a memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Pastor Richard Allen officiating. Visitation for friends will be one hour prior to service.
