Priscilla Joan Robinson Osborn 79, of Oak Hill WV, gained her heavenly wings on October 17, 2020, at Charleston Area Medical Center after a long illness. She was born February 15, 1941,in Bluefield, WV to the late Floyd and Edna Robinson in Bluefield, WV. Joan was a 1960 graduate of Collins High School in Oak Hill after which she enlisted in the US Army serving in the Women’s Army Corp until she met her beloved Pat, whom she Married on Dec 2, 1961. He preceded her in death on Aug 26, 2007. Two brothers, Ray Robinson and Floyd Robinson Jr. also preceded her in death. Those left to cherish her memory include three children, Jeff Osborn of Oak Hill, Brian Osborn of Beckley and Priscilla “Annette” Osborn Casterline of Palm Coast, Fl.; brother, Henry Robinson of Brandenburg, KY; sister, Wanda Watkins of Oak Hill; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be conducted Thursday, October 22, 2020, at the Oak Hill Gospel Tabernacle officiated by Reverend Charlie Schmuck. Viewing will be from 1:00pm – 2:00pm with the service beginning at 2:00 pm and burial immediately following in the Thomas Addition of Odd Fellows Cemetery in Oak Hill, WV. Pallbearers will be Ray Funk, son-in-law, Atlee Funk, grandson, Dale Casterline, son-in-law, Michael Aicher, great nephew, Christopher Aicher, great nephew, and Christian Tomlin grandson-in-law. Those planning to attend should use proper COVID 19 precautions by wearing masks and maintaining social distancing of 6 feet.
